3W Emerald Green LED for soldering to PCB (printed Circuit board). This 3W LED uses a 45 Mil EPILED chip achieving a powerful pure green light peaking between 520-530nm. As with all our LEDs this LED comes fit with a 120° beam lens. 

Popular for use in aquatic, horticultural and stage lighting applications, this versatile and powerful LED boasts an impressive 120 lumens of when driven at maximum power. Due to the superior build quality and high specification of the EPIELD chips these 3W LEDs retain an excellent level of efficiency even at higher drive currents. 

As with all high power LEDs this component must be mounted onto an aluminium or copper heat sink with a thermal glue/compound between the rear of the PCB and the heat sink surface. This is crucial to attain optimal performance, efficiency and lifespan in any LED application.  Active fan cooling is highly recommended particularly at higher drive currents.
