1W Warm White LED (Bridgelux 2600-3200k)


1W Cool White High Luminance LED attached to a 19.8mm x 1.6mm star PCB. This high quality LED uses a 45 Mil Brigelux BXCE Base chip giving a warm white (2600-3200k) light with a focus of power towards the red wavelengths in the colour spectrum. 

Popular for use in aquatic, horticultural and domestic lighting, this versatile and powerful LED produces produces an impressive 150 lumens of cool white light when driven at maximum power.  Due to the superior build quality and high specification of the Bridgelux chips these 1W LEDs retain an excellent level of efficiency even at higher drive currents. 

As with all high power LEDs this component must be mounted onto an aluminium or copper heat sink with a thermal glue/compound between the rear of the PCB and the heatsink surface. Excellent heat management is essential to attain optimal performance, efficiency and lifespan in all LED applications.  Active fan cooling is highly recommended particularly at higher drive currents.
