10W Bright Blue LED (EPILED 460-470nm)

10 Watt High Power Bright Blue LED COB. This high luminance LED uses a 9 x 42 Mil EPILED brand name chips, producing an intense bright blue light 120° beam, with a wavelength peaking between 460-470nm.
Popular for use in aquatic, horticultural and industrial lighting, this versatile and powerful LED produces and impressive 230 lumens when driven at full power, yet retains a high level of efficiency even at higher currents.
As with all high power LEDs this component must be mounted onto an aluminium or copper heat sink with a thermal glue/compound between the rear of the LED and the surface of the heat sink. Excellent thermal transfer is essential to attain optimal optical performance, efficiency and lifespan in any LED array. Active fan cooling is highly recommended particularly at higher drive currents.
For convenience the general electrical and optical characteristics are listed below. For full manufacturers' specification please consult the datasheet provided here.
