1W Amber/Orange high power LED attached to a 19.8mm x 1.6mm star PCB. This high quality 1W LED uses a 38 Mil EPILED chip achieving a powerful orange/amber beam peaking between 595-610nm and with a beam angle of 120°.
Popular for use in aquariums, grow lights and especially automotive lighting, this versatile and powerful LED produces an impressive 60 lumens when driven at maximum power. Due to the superior build quality and high specification of the EPILED chips these 1W LEDs retain an excellent level of efficiency even at higher drive currents.
Please kindly note that even 1W power LEDs should be mounted onto an aluminium or copper heat sink with a thermal glue/compound between the rear LED and the heat sink surface. This thermal transfer is crucial to achieve optimal efficiency, performance and complete lifespan. As over heating can cause a drop in light output active fan cooling is highly recommended particularly at higher drive currents.
