10W Deep Red LED (EPILED 640-660nm) -

10 Watt High Power Deep Red LED COB on premium copper core back plate. This high luminance LED uses a 10 x 42 Mil EPILED brand name chips, producing an intense deep red light with 120° beam and a wavelength spread between 640-660nm. 

Designed specifically to aid photosynthetic responses in horticultural and aquarium applications, this versatile and powerful LED boosts an impressive 400 lumens at full power yet retains a high level of efficiency even at higher currents and voltages. 

As with all high power LEDs this component must be mounted onto an aluminium or copper heat sink with a thermal compound between LED and the heat sink surface. Excellent thermal transfer is crucial to attain optimal performance, efficiency and lifespan in any LED fixture or array.  Active fan cooling is highly recommended particularly at higher drive currents.
